My Wife purchased a Hazel Quinn milk frother (in yellow) for me via Amazon. Little did I know that she bought the milk frother for me in July but gave it to me at Christmas. Even at Christmas time, our then current milk frother was still working. I didn't break out the new Hazel Quinn until our (now old and gone) milk frother had finally frothed its' last cup of milk. So then I was able to bring out the Hazel Quinn. It worked wonderfully for us. Cold thick milk froth for my wife, hot thick milk froth for me. Unfortunately that only lasted about a week. One morning my hot froth was cold. Hmmm, I certainly could have selected the wrong menu item. I am sure it was my fault. However, the next morning the same thing happened. So I frothed my next cup with water just to see if it would heat up. It didn't. I contacted Hazel Quinn. Little did I know I was contacting them with an Amazon order number that was 8+ months old. I thought it was no more than 3 months old.
The Support team at Hazel Quinn double checked my Amazon order number but never questioned me. My Wife then told me when she bought it. Nevertheless, Hazel Quinn delivered. Literally, they sent me a new Hazel Quinn milk frother and I have had wonderful chocolate mochas the past several days. Thank you Hazel Quinn!

The froth milk is so thick and creamy. You can be your own barista at home. Love it!

Hi! First of all I think the design is very lovely and well thought of. The product itself is very simple and easily understandable, the milk also turns out great. My only negative remake is, that sometimes the milk at the bottom is still not really foamed up yet, besides that everything is great.
